[✓]Payment. Prices are quoted in USD and settled in BTC at the live rate at invoice creation. Service activates on confirmation and renews per billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
[✓]Keys & data. The customer is solely responsible for safeguarding their keys. Due to the zero-knowledge design, lost keys mean unrecoverable data.
[✓]Availability. Target uptime per plan; SLA credits apply only where a signed SLA exists (SOVEREIGN).
