Summary: We are built to know as little about you as possible.

[✓]Data minimisation by design. Accounts are cryptographic key-pairs. We do not require a name, email, or phone number to use the service.

[✓]Zero-knowledge. Encryption keys are derived on the customer side. We store ciphertext we cannot read. We hold no master key and no recovery backdoor.

[✓]What we process. The operational minimum required to run and bill the service: derived payment addresses, invoice metadata (plan, amount, timestamps), and strictly-necessary session state during an active checkout. We do not run analytics or behavioural tracking.

[✓]Payments. Billing is in Bitcoin. We do not collect card or bank details and therefore hold no financial-identity data. On-chain data is public by nature of Bitcoin.

[✓]EU data residency. Customer database workloads and backups remain within the EU.

[✓]Logs. Operational logs are anonymised and retained for 30 days, then deleted.

[✓]Cookies. Cookie consent is operated via the Kontrol Sentinel consent widget. The site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. Manage preferences via “Manage cookies”.

[✓]Your rights (GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable. Because accounts are anonymised, exercising some rights may require you to prove control of your key-pair. Contact: legal@dataenker.com.
